Hi! I’m Olivia, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist living and working in Atlanta, Georgia.
Olivia’s Plate was born out of a desire to share no-fuss, balanced and mostly importantly, delicious recipes with family and friends as I was studying to become a dietitian.
Four years into my career, I continue to find that most people find nutrition to be complicated and stressful… but it doesn’t have to be that way. My personal mission is to empower individuals to care for themselves – making small, personalized changes to improve their overall health.
Eating well is one of the most basic ways to care for yourself and you shouldn’t have to compromise the taste of food for the sake of health. Food provides so much more to us than units of energy – it is culture, it is history and it is connection with our community.
