Sticking with the summer theme that I’ve got going on the blog with these amaaaaazing tropical overnight oats! Take your taste buds on an island vacation with the easiest and most delicious breakfast you could’ve ever dreamed up. I dare ya.
tropical overnight oats

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup mango diced and slightly mashed (make sure it's ripe!)
- 1 small kiwi
- 3 tbsp coconut flakes unsweetened
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- dash of salt
- optional: sliced almonds for garnish
Instructions
- Add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, pinch of salt and coconut flakes to a bowl and mix together thoroughly. Add in mango pieces, incorporating again.
- Place in air-tight container or mason jar and refrigerate over night. In the morning, top with almonds, coconut and kiwi!
